The Banna experience was invaluable; in a short time we went from questioning a few certainties in which we had sought refuge and came out shaken up and regenerated.
The master took what he could see and hear of our work, making it his own and adding to it: to weigh up the result. We then had the job of necessarily removing bits until we were left with an end result.
