Alumni is the exhibition organised by the Spinola Banna Foundation for Artfor the Dall'idea al chiodo (from the idea to the nail) project; the programme was put together by Luca Beatrice for the Salone Off – the Exhibition Hall outside the Turin Bookfair – which includes exhibitions organised by 10 museums and 13 art galleries in the city.
Alumni is the first exhibition that the Spinola Banna Foundation for Art has put together in an institutional context, departing from its usual practice of organising an end-of-course exhibition, subsequently replaced by an annual collective exhibition.
The exhibition brings together the works of a number of artists from the Piedmont region who took part in the workshops organised by the SBF from 2005 to 2012: Alis/Filliol, Caretto and Spagna, Diego Scroppo, Diego Tonus, Gian Andrea Poletta, Isola & Norzi, Ludovica Carbotta, Manuele Cerutti, Namsal Siedlecki, Renato Leotta, Roberto Fassone, Valentina Roselli and Valerio Berruti.
The exhibition was held in the Albertina Academy in Turin from 17 to 20 May 2013.
