Tribute to Helmut Lachenmann

Mdi ensemble presents a DVD resulting from an important collaboration with the German composer Helmut Lachenmann, to show the gestures of his music and in particular of his most representative chamber and solo works: Pression, Toccatina, Allegro Sostenuto and Trio Fluido. Alongside the recordings, a long interview with Lachenmann leads him to discover the innovative characteristics of his composing, with contributions by Nuria Schoenberg, Emilio Pomarico, Stefano Gervasoni and Massimiliano Damerini directed by Luca Scarzella.
